Sam was very good about explaining to me the different furnaces that I should think about. On the day of installation he was here on time he laid down all kinds of protective stuff on my floor and he was very good about making sure that I knew what was happening and going on. He filled out the furnace registration forms and contacted the county to come out and check the furnace installation. It was done in half a day.
